R&R Reset
After your massage, stay a little longer. R&R Reset is a professional post massage nap designed specifically for high-performing, always- on individuals who rarely take the moment for themselves.
This isn't just downtime-it's a purposeful pause. In a quiet, cocooned space, you'll be invited to drift into deep rest, allowing your body to fully absorb the therapeutic effects from your massage. Dim lighting, calming aromatherapy, and weighted comfort for your nervous system as it shifts from "go-mode" to genuine recovery.
In just 20-30 minutes, you'll wake feeling clear, grounded, and restored-like you just took a vacation in half an hour.

Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Aromatouch
The Aromatouch Technique is performed with 8 CPTG essential oils to reduce and eliminate the impact of systemic constants on our overall health. The benefits of an Aromatouch may include but are not limited to: Stress reduction, Immune Enhancement, Inflammation and Pain Reduction and Homeostasis.
Mini Massage
Short on time but need quick relief? The Mini Massage is designed just for you. In this focused 30-minute session, I will target specific areas like the neck, shoulders, back or legs to release tension and ease tight muscles. Whether you're feeling stressed, stiff from sitting too long, or just need a moment to reset, this express treatment helps you feel refreshed and recharged. With expert techniques that boost circulation and promote relaxation, its the perfect way to get noticeable results without taking up your whole day.
